These terms govern use of SiteUncover, a product of Autonomic Labs Pty Ltd (ABN 37 678 739 556, ACN 678 739 556), trading as Autonomic Labs, based in Queensland, Australia. By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

SiteUncover provides automated analysis of publicly accessible website pages and related digital deliverables (such as page recommendations and drafts). Results are informational suggestions only. They are not legal, financial, tax, accessibility, marketing or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

You may only submit websites you are authorised to analyse. You must not use the service to probe private networks, authenticated areas, or systems you do not own or control, or to attempt to bypass security or rate limits.

Free and paid deliverables

Free previews may be rate limited and show a limited set of findings. Paid unlocks are one-off digital purchases (listed amount USD $39 unless otherwise shown at checkout) for the scanned URL report. Charges are in USD. Australian Consumer Law and GST obligations still apply where required for Australian customers.

Because reports are generated digitally and accessible via token link soon after payment, refunds are considered case by case (for example, confirmed technical failure preventing delivery). Contact hello@siteuncover.com with your report token and payment reference.

Limitations

The service may be unavailable, incomplete or inaccurate when sites block crawling, rely on client-side rendering, change after the scan, or provide limited public content. We do not guarantee search rankings, revenue outcomes, conversion improvements or AI-answer citations. To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Intellectual property

You retain rights in your website content. Subject to payment where required, we grant you a licence to use the generated report and drafts for your business. You must not resell the raw service output as a competing automated auditing product without our written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Queensland, without limiting any non-excludable consumer rights.
