What pages should an online shop have?
Product pages matter, but many shops still miss decision pages that reduce hesitation: comparisons, shipping and returns clarity, FAQs, and “who this is for” pages.
Checklist
- Category and product pages with clear next actions
- Comparison or “which option is right” pages for confusing ranges
- Shipping, returns and guarantee pages when those policies exist
- FAQ covering sizing, delivery timing and care
- Landing pages for major use-cases or bundles already sold
- Proof or results pages only when genuine customer outcomes exist
Note
Missing Money Pages focuses on publicly readable HTML. Some storefronts hide content behind scripts; when that happens the scanner fails honestly instead of inventing gaps.
